Following the successful wind measurement tests over the last year or so, Honda has decided to submit a planning application for up to 3 wind turbines on its site. These will provide the necessary electricity to cover the basic power load of the building services.
The contractor that Honda is using is Ecotricity and they will be contacting certain householders in the village very soon to arrange for sound measurement tests to be carried out. The results will form part of the supporting documentation for the planning application.
