Talented performers from South Marston will be among the members of Stagestruck taking to the Wyvern Theatre Stage in May for their new show, “Raise your Voice“.

Once described as ‘Swindon’s best kept secret’, Stagestruck has been growing their audiences since 1999.

Their annual variety shows at the Wyvern have proven to be firm favourites with their audiences and are an opportunity to enjoy good value family entertainment for all ages.

A show not to be missed!

Village resident and performer, Donald Jones, explained what theatregoers can expect: ‘First and foremost, Stagestruck shows are there to entertain the whole family. There is always a mix of song, dance and comedy to ensure that there is something for everyone. This year is no exception, with some classic show tunes  from Mary Poppins, Half A Sixpence and Phantom of the Opera, mixed in with songs from the latest West End shows including Sister Act, Lover Never Dies and Altar Boyz, as well as a few from the TV show Glee.

The adrenaline rush that we get from performing always seems to be matched by the positive response that we get from the audience. Nowhere is this more evident than with some of the comedy sketches which feature local personalities, Geoff Marsh and Ken Jell.
