I have a concern about the Hotel once again. Local information says that the hotel will be demolished on 24th November. How can this be?
There is a planning application which has yet to be approved. A pre- condition of this was that active marketing should take place for 12 months to attempt to achieve a sale Twelve months even from March 2016 is not for several months.
