Matters have proceeded appallingly slowly, but the detailed planning to fulfill the various Conditions in the Permission is now proceeding apace.

The Parish Council has sought a positive working relationship with the developers enabling it to play an active part in decisions. As part of this process a log of issues has been created by the council and this is regularly shared with the developers. Additionally a paper raising concerns about traffic and movement  has also been created.
