Our Team
The Parish Council has two part-time staff and a contractor.
Kevin Morgan
Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer
Guides the council in following good practice and is our main contact.
Handles general Council business; producing agendas and minutes and dealing with queries. Helps with administration of the allotments and website.
Member of the Allotments Working Group.
Sharon Robinson
Communications Officer
Editor of our Community News magazine
bi-monthly publication and administrator
of this website and our South Marston Facebook page.
Member of our Communications
Working Group.
Mandy Larcombe
Bookkeeper
Employed on a contract basis.
She processes our accounts through Sage, runs our payroll system and helps in the production of financial documents for our financial working group and for audits.
