Entries are open to anyone living in South Marston and the surrounding areas. All classes 1 to 78 can be entered as many times as you like as entries are unlimited. 30p to enter each exhibit for all classes 1 – 78, (including children’s entries in these).
Registration for exhibits is the night before on Friday 30th of August between 6pm and 7.30pm. Pop along to the Village Hall with your Entry Form and money, 30p per exhibit (no need to bring your exhibits until the Saturday).
In the Cakes, Bakes and Preserves section a new category has been added ‘Quiche’, of any size and flavour. The cake option this year is ‘Chocolate Brownies’.
Our Homebrew section now has non-alcoholic options: ‘Cordials’, ’Syrups’, and ‘ Juices’.
Photography Categories this year are:
- Flowers
- Trains, Planes and Automobiles
Please Note: Photographs MUST be printed on photographic paper and not exceed 7” x 5” / 17.78cm x 12.7cm
The Craft section includes:
- Metal, Wood, Glass or Ceramic item
- Knitting or Crochet item
- Cross Stich or Embroidery item
- Artwork (Acrylic, Charcoal, Watercolour etc.)
- Material item (Fabric, Felt, Fur etc.)
- Papercraft item (Decoupage, Stamping, Stencilling, Quilling etc.)
Children’s Section Aged up to 16 years
5 years and under, 6-11 years, and 12-16 years. 20p to enter Children’s Section. Children can choose from one of the three options.
- Fruit or Vegetable Monster
- 4 x Decorated Cup Cakes
- A Craft or Art Item
Show opens at 5pm, entry fee of 20p per adult. A very warm welcome awaits you.
