We’re delighted to welcome Hugh for what promises to be a fascinating (and fun!) talk about one of Britain’s most beloved animals: the hedgehog. In his illustrated talk, Hugh will not only tackle that age-old question, but also share insights into the lives, habits, and challenges facing hedgehogs today.
Hugh is an ecologist, author of three books on hedgehogs (so far!), and a passionate advocate for their protection. He is the spokesperson for the British Hedgehog Preservation Society, helps lead the Hedgehog Street campaign, and is a Visiting Fellow at Oxford Brookes University.
Whether you’re a wildlife lover, a curious mind, or simply fond of the prickly creatures, this is a talk not to be missed!
