Simon is a professional forester and wild food forager. He has been foraging for wild foods and medicines for the past 30 years.
The talk will give an insight into the abundance of wild food plants and fungi which can be found all around us and how to safely use them, including some of those common garden weeds which can be utilised in the kitchen, rather than thrown on the compost heap!
