The Parish Council has received the application for the new Hammerman Way link road between Thornhill Road and Old Vicarage Lane.
Residents can view this through the borough website at https://pa.swindon.gov.uk/publicaccess/ using the reference S/RES/24/1020 in the search box.
Works on Old Vicarage Lane are likely to start early next year to be followed by delivery of the new signalised junction onto the A420.
