Some repair and resurfacing work is to take place on the path running from the Thornhill Road gate to the school.
As yet we do not know exact dates as the work depends on clear weather and availability of the contractors and materials – but work may commence as early as the middle of next week (week beginning Monday 27th November).
On the day work takes place the gate will be closed from approximately 7am through to 4pm. The rest of the Recreation Ground facilities will be available as usual.
Parents with children at the pre school will be kept informed by the school as to how they can get access as the usual entrance gates will be locked.
We apologise for the inconvenience this might cause but the repairs are necessary.
